Some of them are really campy even for a Godzilla flick (e.g. King Kong vs. Godzilla) but they're all great fun. The original (1954 Godzilla) is fantastic, because it came right out of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. After that, I'd suggest Mothra vs. Godzilla, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, and Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (this is the third film to feature Ghidorah in it, but as long as you go into it knowing that Ghidorah was previously killed twice by Godzilla, you'll be fine).
