it had loads of worldbuilding and about 80-85% of the effects and stunts are were practical

Is this out yet? How are you guys seeing it?
I liked it. It wasn't a world changing cinema masterpiece but it's one of the best action movies to come out recently.
Warts and all, it really felt like a throwback to action movies before the Bay/Emmerich style "ironically self-aware cheesey action blockbusters" that we're used to now.
Miller took care of the movie as a while, rather than just kicking the plot along between a handful of trailer-bait scenes.
