is this any good?

ye

if you've never seen it before yes, its worth watching
>>
it's redpilled
>>
Movies from the 90s look so weird
>>
>>68839449
Yeah, it's kinda like a retelling of THX
>>
>>68839449
fuck I love this kino to death
>>
>>68839449
Loved it. Combat scenes are pretty badass plus I love sci-fi/dystopian settings. I'd say it's totally worth watching.
>>
>>68839449
You should watch it but gun-kata is cringe.
>>
Funny fact: the director came up with the martial art like poses while performing them in his garage.

>not anticipating every possible vector a bullet can travel in a given space
its like you're retarded or something
>>
>>68839593

Nigger that's the best part of the movie.

Yes OP it's worth a watch.
>>
I didn't like it but I guess it's kinda memorable since I still remember some scenes
>>
A fucking 10/10 kino

It's possible to calculate, but not to dodge.

>>68839788
The movie was aesthetic af but gun kata is bottom of the barrel
>>
>>68839924
its not dodging if you know where the bullets are going to go and simply not stand where they will be
>>
>>68839449
pleb as fuck. moronic martial arts scenes, characters pretentiously reciting entry-level poetry, a dystopia scrubbed of any real political ideas in favor of "what if the government banned EMOTIONS". basically it's brave new world retold by a 12 year old.

Nice video dude.
Pic related.

>just go into your options bruh xD
fuck you
>>
>>68840020
wtf are you talking about pleb?

In the old times, the Christians banned you from having any form of lust so this movie just imagines a future where all emotions are illegal.
>>
>>68840060
um I didn't even click on the link nor know what it was when I sent it. fucking close it and watch the video.

simple

Knowing where the bullets will fly doesn't really let anyone enter a doorway and avoid automatic fire from a dozen guys. It would if the guy were Flash or even Neo who had superhuman speed, but if you imply that it's just muh vector martial art ... it's as tough to watch as when a horde of bad guys attack one at a time.

No explanation would have been better than a bad one.
>>
>>68840222
bloody hell cannot anyone enjoy an amazing action scene?

Does it have to make complete sense?
>>
>>68840068
>In the old times, the Christians banned you from having any form of lust

hahaha

>so this movie just imagines a future where all emotions are illegal

exactly. where actual dystopian fiction is based on ideological critique, this movie is just a fairy tale. "what if an evil empire bans [thing i like]?" if you can watch that first scene where they burn the mona lisa without laughing then you might be stupid enough to enjoy the rest of the movie.

dude, you have autism. My post was sarcasm
>>
>>68840269
There were good action scenes in the movie; I'm just pointing out that the whole gun kata device was better left out.
>>
>>68840383
Sorry, it seemed sarcastic but you never know with the general posting quality on this board.

Once again Sean bean with minimal screen time before his death gives an Amazing performance

give this movie a watch. a really good Sean flick.

funny thing is that he literally gets shot and falls down on the ground in the first 5 minutes of film...
KEK

DW he was only injured.
>>
>>68839449
I recently rewatched it and it was fun. Decent action flick with great over the top battle choreography.
I had forgotten there was based Sean Bean in it.
