When I was 13 I watched a scene where Cell absorbs an innocent android girl in through his tail and basically dissolves her alive and takes her power, you see her struggling in the tail as she's slowly eaten alive and it was probably the most traumatising thing I had ever witnessed. I can remember being frozen looking at the TV feeling violated at how utterly evil this thing was. I'm now 26 and recently discovered that the girl eventually survives so that was alright I guess.

Best Pacing (Mostly) = Kai
(However, with this, a few scenes here and there were actually better when they were made longer)
Best overall music = Original Japanese Dub
Best emotional music = Original Japanese
Best music for scenes of just badassery and not necessarily trying to set any other mood = Falconer
Worst Music overall = Kai
That's probably the biggest thing about Kai. Sure there are some good tracks. Some good stand-alone songs were added into two scenes (Goku coming out of the healing chamber and Trunks vs. Cell), but the soundtrack is a neutered version of the original Japanese and I don't get why they cut it down so much.
