Yes. I felt exactly the same way when I first watched it, but keep watching and overall it's an enjoyable experience.
Deadpool's juvenile humor and quip factor don't really escalate or get more intense over the course of the movie, so after a while you just start to accept that it's all part of Deadpool's character.
