Redpilled, bullshit, or mixture of both?

Loved it. Fantastic movie.
Redpilled enough for me.
>muh regulations
>muh put bankers in jail
>muh let's pretend obama didn't keep us in the recession with his socialist policies
bullshit
Excellent movie although it didn't tell us anything we didn't already know.

>all bankers are greedy crooks
>short sellers are greedy heroes

anyone got any similar movie recs to this?

The movie was well aware of the flaws of the "heroes", hence Pitt's character.

Watch Margin Call, it is a much better movie about Investment Banking
didn't really understand a lot of the movie
Well I really liked it, first time I've ever enjoyed Brad Pitt
There's nothing that the bankers could be charged with on a macro scale.

It's ironic that the "winners" are motivated by the same greed as the bad guy bankers. Ultimately the "I want to be rich" meme permeates the entire movie and the audience claps like seals not seeing the irony.

The movie also does a good job leaving /pol/ buttflustered. Will the hoi /pol/loi eventually do something that isn't wallowing in toxic uselessness?

Confirmed for not watching it. The movie made clear the irony, and the ending isn't positive.

i liked it but i found the celebrity "explanations" of the financial stuff to be more patronizing than funny

It's a bluepilled move masquerading as a redpilled movie.
