Honestly this movie is when Sorrentino started going downhill.
Disjointed narrative, too much enphasis on long takes and camera work, stiff writing.
Of course then he won the oscar so you won't find many people paraising his older movies, but his best still is L'Uomo in PiĆ¹.

This is Sorrentino's best work, Servillo's best performance, and top 5 kino of 2008. Prove me wrong.
