Will there ever be a tv show like this again?
>>68254909
I know this is a controversial opinion, but that Knight Rider cross-over Christmas Special was so bad it tarnished the entire series for me.
Kitt and Dillon are cousins because they are both black? I know it isn't considered canon but that was just too much for me.
Favourite episodes? Mine was High Stakes, where Dutch has to enter a poker game in Amsterdam to uncover a drug ring but ends up unwittingly getting fed a super-strength hash brown mid-game and loses the CIA tens of millions of Dollars
Any of the Nazi Episodes were great. The "Dead to Reich's" two parter where they infiltrated Hitler Jr's south american base was probably the best episode of the entire series. That scene where they get greased up to move around the vents faster was pure bromo-erotica.
It's overrated as fuck. /tv/ is like the only place on the internet where it's still discussed.
i liked the one episode when they didnt have a mission and had to do the chores while their wives were away visiting relatives.
they almost brought their houses down, twas hilarious
>>68254909
Wasn't this show cancelled because the crew were child slave labour from El Salvador?
>>68254909
comfy as fuck but what about that ep where Dutch left Dillon to get diddled in the bike show, i guess it was just a different time.
I always thought the Predator foreshadowing scenes were really tacky, like the one where Dillon breaks both of his arms from the skiing accident in the Alps. Then the hot nurse is all over him at the hospital in Switzerland and he says, "I could get used to this!" Pretty corny but I always liked how they ended on a lighter note considering some of the brutality of the show.
>>68256806
What about when Arnie walks in and said to the same hot nurse, "ice to meet you"
A chilling vision of things to cum
whose idea was it to force "you sunnuva bitch" as a catchphrase? good show otherwise
>>68256806
The earlier seasons were the best in terms of raw violence. Around S4 is when they started getting more family friendly for some reason, like in that one ep where Dutch punches that Senator's head off for selling state secrets to the russkies. Then at the end it sloppily cuts to a scene that was obviously filmed way later, of Dutch lecturing the same Senator in prison with a neck brace on.
>>68256338
I liked the one where they try to build a community garden for underprivileged youths and accidentally set the entire neighborhood ablaze.
"Looks like we're fired"
Classic. They don't make shows like this anymore.
> it's a D&D time travel to the Wild West episode
I can get behind Dutch saving Buffalo Bill from that stampede is one thing, but Dillon being elected to Sheriff of Rock Ridge?
I mean come on, a black sheriff?
>>68256915
The iceman cumth
>>68257228
Are black people really afraid of horses? Either way that was a great running gag for the rest of the show.
Nah, the best episode was when they were after a fugitive and the fugitive turned out to be Billy and he was being framed
Also Billy knife fighting a bear. . .and winning
What was that episode called where Dutch had to infiltrate that drug dealing aerobics class?
Somthing like "Imagine being..."?
>>68257328
You didn't see that.
For all we know, that bear could've just slipped and fallen off that log.
>>68257328
I still don't know where that bear got a knife.
>>68254909
There wasnt such Tv show. It's just one segment from movie Predator.
S2 E2 is probably the first episode that really took the series from being a passable lazy afternoon watch to prime time tv. Never before had something like that been done. Dutch had to single handedly save Dillon by carrying him on his back through an Amazon jungle while being chased by cannibals after a failed false flag coup on the communist government. Honestly cried at the scene where Dillon told Dutch to leave him behind after he was hurt in a shootout with the Peruvians and Dutch said "Over my dead ass, hombre". Amazing.
I still can't believe 22 donkeys and 43 Peruvian stunt/extras were killed while filming it.
>>68257492
Well, what did you expect with John Landis as guest director?
>>68257406
>he doesn't know about the greatest show of all time
It being hard to find online isn't an excuse. Talk to your dad, he'll know.
>>68257546
It's a shame they can't get away with authentic film making like that anymore.
>it's a there's a strong homosexual tension between Dutch and Dillon but they both deny it episode
I hated the season 8 cliffhanger where Dillon told Dutch that he is gay, and then in the premiere of season 9 we find out season 8 was all a dream by Dutch.
Bullshit.

>I still can't believe 22 donkeys and 43 Peruvian stunt/extras were killed while filming it.
All because someone left live ammo in the 50 cal during the assault on the cocoa plantation. Weathers was never the same after that.
>It's a Boris Yagarin kidnaps Dillon's wife hour long season finale
>It's a Dutch and Dillon retrieval chopper gets shot down and they have to rescue the pilot from South American socialist rebels before they behead him 2 part episode
>It's Dutch and Dillon North Pole Christmas special
They don't make em like this anymore ;_;
>>68257734
Yeah, there was something in his eyes after that, something bloodthirsty.
It's like he had the eye of the lion.
Anybody seen the "Heart of Dutchness" documentary by Marty DiBergi where they reveale that Blain was supposed to carry a fullsize GAU-8 gattling gun but they mixed up feet and inches and he ended up with a minigun?
>>68257779
>eye of the lion
That was a pretty good African big game hunting gone wrong episode. Wish they did more African centered episodes desu.
>>68257844
Blaine's mini gun was still pretty big.
>>68257492
That happened all the time. In s4e12, they had to rescue Dillon's niece from that drug lord in Brazil. Remember how good the squibs and blood looked in that big shoot-out at the pool?
That's because the prop department fucked up again and gave Arnold live rounds. 73 stuntmen were killed in 40 seconds, but they used the footage anyway.
That sort of thing really couldn't happen in this day and age, but it adds to the fun of the series in my opinion.
Favorite Crossover eps?
Mine would have to be the Magnum P.I. one. How are Selleck and Arnie the only guys that can pull off Hawaiian shirts and not seem gay at all?
>>68257991
Holy shit. I knew about the live ammo accident but didn't realize they still used the actual footage of it. Pretty good episode. Really broke down the race barrier when the cartel leader asked why Dutch wanted to rescue a "black scum child" and Dutch told him it was his goddaughter and that blood was thicker than oil before snapping his neck and ripping his head off. Powerful stuff. Kind of odd that the cartel guy never appeared in anything after that.
>>68258050
>tfw Selleck banters with Dutch about taking a ride on his mustache and Dutch calls him a son of a bitch
Literally perfection
I know clone swarzenaggar is a bit cliche but Double Dutch had me cracking up the whole time.
>>68258050
> mfw Selleck threw up on Arnie and it didn't show that shirt
>>68258351
One of the better comedic episodes. X Files drew a lot from how D&D combined serious and humour.
awful /v/ meme
>tfw the miami vice crossover ep got shitcanned in the pre-production stage

Guys I googled it and can't find any info on this show, where do I go to watch it because it seems interesting and I love Arnold
Anyone remember the name of that Spanish girl from S3E7: Ravished Jungle?
Remember when /tv/ seriously thought there would be an a-team crossover?
>>68259110
Might have been cool but too many egos in the A Teams cast for it to work imo
>>68259082
Mildred Baena.
Top tier MILF nowadays.

Great on-screen chemistry.
I love kicking back and relaxing in a thread like this, watching skilled, dedicated Memesmen ply their trade. It truly is a sight to behold.
Ty, guise, and keep 'em memeing!
>>68259833
Try the caveman threads on /k/ sometimes.
>>68254909
Vorenus & Pullo when?
remember the ep where Dutch finds a crashed alien UFO and the alien is played by Danny Devito, who gets up to all sorts of whacky hijinks
season 4 was weird
>>68260686
I heard Devito didn't get along with Weathers at first, on account of Carl accidentally referring to Rhea Pearlman as "a nice fella."
> mfw da choppa was actually Airwolf before he got famous
>>68254909
I'm just glad you chose to use the Season 2 title not the disrespectful Season 1 version
