Pick 2 movies.
Drawback:you can never watch the ones you didn't pick again.
>>68198090
Terminator and Fifth Element
>>68198090
I don't really have any desire to ever watch any of those movies again anyways. If you had included the original Alien and Terminator instead of the meme sequels I would have picked those.
>>68198105
first post best post
>>68198090
T2 and Starship Troopers, not a hard decision at all
Aliens and Predator
Why is that evangelion ripoff even on that list.
>>68198128
>implying Alien is better than Aliens
>implying Terminator is better than Terminator 2
Fuck off with this contrarian meme.
If you choose anything from the middle row, kill yourself.
>>68198403
This. Same goes for the top row and middle column.
>>68198434
Terminator 2 and Predator. Feel really bad about never watching Fifth Element or Aliens again but sacrifices have to be made to see my precious Predator baby.
>>68198583
>[/spoiler]
Kill yourself, /v/edditor retard.
Matrix and Edge of tomorrowcome at me Y gen fagets
>>68198690
Why the fuck would you choose Edge of Tomorrow? It's one of the less rewatchable movies ever made.
>>68198090
Terminator + Aliens.
Matrix is overrated.
>>68198090
Easiest decision I've ever made: Troopers & T2
>>68198728
its the only one i haven't already seen countless times
>>68198260
But Alien IS better than Aliens... and an argument can be made for T1, although personally I prefer T2.
>>68198090
Aliens and The Fifth Element
>>68198851
Alien > Aliens
T2 > T1
Terminator 2 just surpasses due to T1's dated stop motion.
>>68198967
Truman & Happy
>ctrl+f "District 9" to say "mah nigga"
>0 results
What happened to this board?
>>68198967
Truman Show + Groundhog Day.
None of these films are great but at least Truman and GD are salvageable.
>>68198090
Aliens + The Fifth Element both have more rewatchability than anything else on the list, by far
I've only seen Pacific Rim once so I don't know how it fairs on viewing 2, but I imagine not great
>>68198995
For me, it lost some of its 'ah factor' on my first rewatch. Great movie though.
>>68199027
This is the only possible answer.
>>68198995
This board actually matured.
But then again this board gets its rocks off to capeshit so who knows.
>>68199027
It's my top 9, m8.
>>68198090
5th element and edge of tomorrow
>>68199085
>Armageddon in top 9
How?
>>68199085
>It's my top 9
>>68198090
Matrix and Edge for me.
I haven't seen the bottom row (I don't doubt that its great)
Haven't seen Terminator 2
District 9 made me feel way to much for the transforming dude to even enjoy it
Pacific Rim was cool in Imax but I'd never watch it anywhere else.
>>68198090
probably terminator and aliens.
two of my top 5 movies, so.
>>68198090
The Fifth Element, and The Matrix
Would be hard giving up predator and starship troopers but literally who gives a fuck about the rest of them? Either seen 9001 times or not great.
District 9 and Starship Troopers are the only correct choice, everything else is garbage or mediocre.
>>68198967
That's strange, what's the correlation of these mov>>68199085
>>68198090
Starship Troopers and Aliens I guess. Honestly, I loved all 9 of those films, but I have no real need to watch any of them ever again.
>>68198967
Groundhog Day and Zoolander. Easiest decision of my life.
>>68198090
starship and predator. ez
Starship Troopers and Terminator 2.
>>68198090
Fifth Element
Aliens
Terminator 2 and Matrix.
>>68198967
Truman and Groundhog day.
>>68198090
Pacific Rim and 5th element
The Matrix and Pacific Rim. Any other combo is a sign of jackass.
ALIENS
T2
BASED JIM ALWAYS WINS
>>68199671
>Pacific Rim
>Any other combo is a sign of Jackass
>>68198090
Starship troopers and Aliens
>>68199724
This is it. Tuff choice with predator involved though
Terminator 2 and Aliens.
Fucking easy.
>>68198090
Predator and Predator
>>68198090
The inclusion of Troopers, Predator and Aliens make this difficult.
Guess I'd have to drop Aliens.
>>68199795
>>68199724
>>68199166
>>68198761
Based choices
Predator....and fuck, something else, not sure which one.
I don't get the love for T2. It's literally the original sin responsible for the kiddiefication of R rated action movies.
>>68198090
Super easy, desu.
Terminator 2 and Starship Troopers are pretty much the only ones there with rewatch value. I've seen the rest, and they're great, but after watching them once, I have no motivation to watch them again.
Should've done something harder, OP, like throw on truly amazing films with high rewatch value. If that block were the Princess Bride, The Thing, Pulp Fiction, T2, Starship Troopers, Blazing Saddles, The Truman Show, The Invasion of the Body Snatchers, and The Blob, and Scream, then I might actually have a hard time choosing.
Actually, no I wouldn't, it'd be the Princess Bride and Blazing Saddles because I love my feel-good comedies, but still. You get the idea.
>>68199724
Over Verhoeven and McTiernan?
Nope!
>>68199960
Wow you're retarded, the obvious choice is The Thing and Blazing Saddles
>>68199898
Yes, but how did you like the movie famalama?
>>68199960
Thing and Blazing Saddles.
>>68198090
Matrix and Starship Troopers. I can live without seeing the rest.
>>68198090
not picking, this is a joke list, you have D9 in there.
>>68198967
Groundhog Day and Truman Show
>>68199085
>both Austin Powers
>in your top 9
kys my man
>>68199997
I did enjoy T2, but I'll never forgive it since it's sucess has meant that ever since studios will strive to make sci-fi action movies as kid-friendly as possible.
fifth element and matrix
the only ones i couldn't deal with not seeing
middle row does not belong
>>68198090
Remove Pacific Rim and Fifth Element and you have a nice list.
>>68198090
Matrix and fifth element EZ.
Easiest decision ever
Terminator 2 and Aliens
>>68199085
Starship Troopers is the only movie on here that I give a fuck about, and maybe District 9.
The rest of these are either shit or memes.
>>68198090
Matrix and T2.
This was easy because I have never, ever seen nor liked the rest.
>>68198090
T1 and Predator. no contest
>>68198090
Aliens and Starship Troopers. T2 close behind.
>>68198090
T2
Predator
Any other choice confirmed low-test beta faggots
>>68198090
Replace pacific rim with robocop for superhardmode
>>68198090
Maybe T2 and 5th element. Starship troopers was a very close third.
I've never seen Edge of Tomorrow, or Pacific Rim, probably never will.
I doubt I'll ever want to see the Matrix, it was good at the time, but now most of it is cliche.
District 9 was great, but I don't feel like it has the re-watchablity of some of the others.
Alien > Aliens >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Aliens 3 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> anything else in the fanchise*
*not including Prometheus
You guys are discarding a philosophical masterpiece in the Matrix for the most inane and vulgar visual opiates.
This board is full fuckin pleb.
>>68201335
Starship Troopers and The Matrix are objectively the most philosophical movies on the list
>>68201335
I just feel like I'll never have to re-see the Matrix.
In a vacuum its a great movie. But I've seen it too many times, its not that deep (you pleb), and a lot of the shit is just cliche now, through no fault of its own. Not to mention all I'll think about are the shitty sequels.
I've never seen T3, or T4 or Gynecologist so the Terminator franchise is still good in my eyes.
>>68201335
The Matrix is baby's first "le thinking man's movie"
It's written to seem like it's deep and intellectual. But really it's shallow as fuck abusing a stupid concept
>>68198967
What the fuck is this.
>>68201526
It seems that way if you're stupid and can't draw increasingly more parallels to a movie from 1999 and today
>>68198090
Matrix and predator
>>68201526
>baby's first "le thinking man's movie"
No, that's Inception
>>68198090
Predator, T2.
I'll miss Starship Troopers. The rest I don't care.
>>68198967
Groundhog day and Happy Gilmore. This isn't even a choice.
>>68198090
Pacific Rim and Edge of Tomorrow because I don't care for District 9 and I've probably seen the others about 20 times each.
>>68198090
T2
PR
Never seen the rest except Predator. I still have Predator 2, AvP and Predators. Not as good, but still fun
>>68203770
>Never seen the rest except Predator.
>>68198995
Hah, I had the same thought.
My choices are District 9 and Pacific Rim.
5th Element and Starship Troopers.
I've seen the Matrix, T2 and Predator more times than they deserve, Aliens is not the best Alien movie, I could watch D9 or EoT again but I wasn't blown away by either and PR is horseshit.
Like the other guy said, replace T2 and A2 with the originals and it becomes a tough choice.
>>68204252
Just realized I picked the only 2 of them I can fap to. Nice.
>>68198090
Matrix
Predator
District 9
Aliens
>>68198090
Aliens and Predator
This wasn't even hard.
>>68199027
I agree, senpai
>>68198967
Austin Powers 1 & 2
>>68198090
The Matrix and Starship Troopers

>Edge of Tomorrow
