It's nothing short of a masterpiece.
Season 1 is kind of rough but 2-4 are amazing when the plot kicks in. Season 5 isn't bad but suffered from all the plot points getting resolved sooner than planned.

Hope you like it. Pro tip: G'Kar (reptile looking guy) and Londo (giant hair) are the two best characters. Even their worst episodes are better than 80% of the rest.
Also the effects are early 90's CGI, it's not bad (in fact it was amazing for the time) but you'll need to just accept that it looks bad by todays standards. I only mention it because that's something I always see people bitch about.
