So the Green Arrow is suppose to be nonlethal now, but he shots people with his bow all the time. Furthermore his partner shoots people so it doesn't seem to make any sense. Also, what happens to the goons they "knock out" inside their secret base? They've got a bunch of ninja assassins laying around their base and apparently they don't kill, so what? They just drag them out on the front lawn and let them wander away in the morning? Green Arrow shouldn't have a problem killing niggas they're trying WAY to hard to make him Batman, it'd be so much easier to write and have much less plot holes if they'd just drop that stupid rule.
In general, the choreography is just bad, like really fucking bad, especially with the girl characters. I would celebrate that laurel is gone but now they're probably just going to make felicity a hero and she'll probably have no problem beating up trained assassins now; any chick can get 2 weeks of training and beat up professional killers apparently. It's just really stupid if you actually focus on the cannon fodder instead of the heroes, you'll notice how disingenuous their efforts are. They really do just run up and get knocked down. Over the course of the series, Laurel has been the worst character in the show, she's improved this season (at the same time Felicity has regressed) but she's had more bad shitty scenes than anyone else. And she's not even gone because you know metahuman Earth-2 Laurel will show up soon.

Malcolm's character is written like complete shit, his constant MUH DAUGHTER speeches are complete ass considering most of the time his plans have actually caused both physical and mental harm to her but he never takes any kind of responsibility or blame for them, and more often than not blames others for bullshit HE caused.

As much as we hated Laurel I didn't realise how much Katie Cassidy went into making the role look genuine. She was bone-y as fuck but when you start season 3 and realise that it was all done to make her look like a drug addict you then realise how much she devoted into Arrow.

S2 Laurel was admittedly terrible, but she was never as bad as S3/S4 Felicity. I have never wanted to cause physical harm to a character. Furthermore, Laurel actually had character flaws in S2, and we saw her grow as a person after overcoming these flaws. Black Canary is actually part of Green Arrow's mythos, I can even say that Dinah is the most important part of it.
Felicity, on the other hand, is basically a self-insert OC piece of shit character. I hate this term, but she is the perfect example of a 'Mary Sue', doing whatever the show required at any time. Pro hacker? Check. CEO and financier of the team? Check. PILOT THE GOD DAMN FUCKING ATOM SUIT? CHECK. FUCK FELICITY.

Professionalism prevents you from badmouthing the people you work with. Almost all major companies have a policy about not badmouthing your coworkers to outsiders because it makes the company look bad.
And actors don't want to piss off the people they work with either, if they talk smack about a TV show then they might piss off a lot of other people they'll have to work with in the future. Not to mention that if a person who is in the show says it's bad the bosses of the network will be pissed that they're scaring off viewers.
