There is no reason for a Wonder Woman movie to be so dark, visually and to an extent even tonally. There is no Wonder Woman comic that looks like this, so dour and depressing. Even her costume is completely fucking drained as dark as it can be while still not being black. If they insist on being so dark it should at least be natural and not with disgusting filters. Its clear they are pushing the warrior angle as hard as possible so that her costume looks like armor and it fits with the super serious theme. It shouldn't be out of place for her to smile.

With scifi we get thrillers, action, horrors, dramas, comedies, romances... Everything. Same with westerns. Why does movies with superheroes have to all be the exact same tone dictated by marvel drones? What is so wrong with WBs doing serious movies while Disney do fun family stuff?
