What does /tv/ think of F is for Family?
I love Bill Burr, but this show is garbage. The animation looks cheap, and it's not really that funny or interesting.

It is. It's scooby doo animation done with modern technology, which makes it look a little better. Have you never actually paid attention to anything other than the main characters? Literally all of the animation is the same, from the shitty backgrounds, even to the way the mystery mobile is animated.

Hanna Barbara had very distinct animation styles and cheap tricks with backrounds and reusing shots
Tyson mysteries does not share any similarities with it, just based on the use of non-static shot angles

Actually neither. I own all 3 seasons of original scooby doo, along with the first season of mike Tyson mysteries and I'll have the second when it comes out. I never said I didn't like either of them but if you can't see how closely they resemble each other then you are legitimately autistic.

Have you never seen episodes like the first one when they go to the ranch and the background is the exact same way that they animate it in scooby doo, or when they drive the mystery mobile (except for the one with the astronauts, he was on a detailed road in traffic in that one) the background is the same as scooby doo's

Is this show going to continue or what? Netflix usually renews their shows almost immediately but I've heard nothing about this in ages.
I didn't really laugh much but enjoyed it as a sitcom. Would watch season 2.

I watched the first two episodes, but couldn't get myself to watch a third. The show is just so meh, there really isn't much charm or uniqueness that sets it apart from other generic dysfunctional family shows. The only people that praise this as kino are underage b& that get hard-ons for le tourettes and swearing every 2 seconds meme.

I love Bill Burr and I'm happy the writers solicited /tv/ for feedback back when it released but it's just a mediocre cartoon. A cartoon of an animated Bill Burr doing standup would've been superior.

This. The animated blue collar dysfunctional family sitcom has been done to death. This series parallels so many of the tropes that those other shows have already done without really adding anything new to justify its existence. It didn't do anything particularly wrong but didn't do anything particularly right either. I rated it 3/5 stars.
