He plays a sweaty, stressed pilot in Star Wars so he doesn't look all that great compared to when he's prettied up for a photoshop.
Personally, I like his lips, his eyes + eyebrows combo, and I think he's got a very handsome jawline. Not too feminine, but not too strong either.
