It's not that hard, he's a weak person. There are strong people and weak people. Strong butt fuck weak, literally and figuratively, until weaks decide to get in a group and start trying to restrain strong with some made up shit.
Basically, when weaks are alone after a butt fucking, they get angry (hence, appeal to police). No matter how many times you get butt fucked you will still get angry for being a weak person, even for a fraction of a second. "That's not how it's mean to be".
Then the coping mechanism kicks in. You either go to the gym (pro-tip: you will still be a weak ass and it'll hit harder) or get drugged or start writing poetry or some shit, or in the case of this guy you go in public and try to achieve some made up "moral victory"
