A Tie Fighter doesn't have a escape pod or anything like it, shouldn't Poe have been on the the same spot where Finn was, the crash site? Poe's jacket was right there where Finn woke up, so in order for it to be there, Poe would have to have removed it near Finn, but when they first meet in the Resistance base, Poe acts like if he hasn't seem Finn after crashing. Isn't it inconsistent? Let's say that for some reason he woke up in a different place than where the ship was, shouldn't "check out the ship crash site" be the first thing he did?
Finn landed far away from the crash site (he had to climb a whole sand dune). Near his seat you can see a parachute on the ground.
Poe explains that he woke up at night, so several hours after Finn, and the wreck was long gone.

Poe removed his jacket right after he sat down in the TIE fighter. I assume he put it on the fighter's floor so it was out of the way. When Poe and Finn ejected following the crash, it stayed in the wreck instead.
The parachutes were tied to the ejectable seats, not to them.
