Are you guys seriously so inundated with aspergers that you can't handle a lack of hard swearing? It ruins the episode because he said pegged instead of fucked? Sad. It was a great episode, not their best ever but top 5 for sure just for Negan alone. Instantly one of the best characters in television, he talked basically uninterupted for like half an hour and absolutley nailed it. If you didn't feel dread the whole time you're a liar. The psychotic labyrinth of roadblocks they had to navigate was fascinating too, oh yeah cliff hamgers. (Yes I know it was Darryl)

His entrance was great. It was the best part of the episode. It just took soooo long to get to him. This season would have been a lot more interesting if the producers didn't feel the need to drag the entrance of his character out. As far as cursing, it's a huge part of his character.

I'm not watching any more. Jaded from the bs mediocre storytelling and cheap tricks + cliffhangers.
The pace is too slow. The characters are flatter than before and speak like trite versions of themselves modeled after good moments from previous seasons.

I've never seen the comics or ever been a comicfag. After this though, I wanted to see how it compared to the original. JDM is a really good Negan and that's about the only good thing I can say about Negan.
The acting from the cast was great as well. Rick finally figured out that the Ricktatorship is over. So I started browsing through the comics all the way up to the Whisperer part and I realized that Issue 100 was far fucking superior.
He pokes fun at race, his language is far better and it's far more fulfilling to see the gore unfold. I also noticed since Dwight was with Negan, there won't be an attack on Alexandria at the same time like in Issue 100 where Dwight is captured.
The comics just seem to tell the story better in every way possible. The Kingdom characters are pretty fucking weird but it is a show about zombies.
Rick did Negan a favor. I mean, feeding 300 full grown adults can't be easy and hey, there's 50 less to feed now. I sincerely doubt the three provinces alone can feed and supply all of them.
