Depends on the series. Some are super rewatchable, others not so much. As much as I enjoyed Breaking Bad I will never, ever rewatch it. I can rewatch The Last Man on Earth multiple times even though it's not all that wow.
I rewatched YTW's first season and it didn't really hold up as much as I thought it would. I think the 2nd season will hold up better.
I've seen every episode of Seinfeld multiple times. Same with golden age Simpson's.
Arrested Development at least 10 times
Gossip Girl 5 times
Boss 3 times
Rome 4 times
Seinfeld, who knows
The wire and Sopranos, a couple times
The League and Always Sunny, twice each.
That's all I can really remember
The only shows I've rewatched are The Sopranos and The Office (US). They're just so enjoyable. The Office in particular is phenomenally cerebral. You'll pick up on something new during your first dozen watched desu.

Does watching stuff on syndication count as rewatching?
I don't really rewatch even my favorite dramas. It's one and done. Comedies I'll catch on syndication. I've actually rewatched some anime a few times though. Basically I give adult stuff a once-through while I'm focused and alert, but comedies, anime and cartoons are for while I'm vegging out and not really paying attention. So rewatching the latter is fine.
Currently watching the Sopranos for the second time. Its still very entertaining.

i've rewatched certain episodes of seinfeld that air on TBS more than 10 times. spongebob and the office episodes around that same number. never rewatched a drama series, don't see the point. going through Six Feet Under once was grueling enough.
