I loved the first half of this movie, up until it turned into a boring hostage flick. Not even gonna get into the time travel confusion. All of that was forgivable until they threw it all away for some gimmicky Willis-vs-Levitt battle of wills

In most any time travel flick, plot holes are expected and thus forgivable.
Granted, they tend to be more paradoxes, than plot holes, but well, a paradox is kinda like a plot black hole.
The only exception to the rule I can think of is PRIMER, but the plot's so hard to follow in that one, you might miss a hole or two.
