What is Johnnie To's best non-crime thriller and why is it >pic related?

Try to convince me otherwise or offer recommendations. I've watched DGBMH 1 and 2, Blind Detective, Office, Fat Choi Spirit, Turn Left, Turn Right and they pale in comparison (next to his classic crime stuff) or they plain suck.

(Mad Detective is actually terrific and is disqualified since it is basically about cops solving crimes.)

PS. What is a good torrent client to use on Avistaz? I got utorrent 3.2.3 and Avistaz is not recommending I use that. My pc is rather old and can't handle anything that's not light.
