If you haven't figured it out yet ''professional'' movie critics have massive MASSIVE egos. They write in ways that they think makes them look extremely intelligent and poignant in their dissection of movies when in reality they just look like a 11th grader who just finished a vocabulary quiz and uses every word from it in everything they do. Trust me I know a dude who is paid to write movie reviews. All he does is copies criticisms he sees on places like here and reddit and fluffs it up with words like this. He is really a fucking idiot and can't think for himself. Ask him about the Star Wars prequel and he will literally quote Red Letter Medias videos and pass it off as his own ideas.
Fun is just a buzzword when you can't actually think of any real reasons as to why the movie is good, don't use it.

to be fair, redlettermedia's star war wars prequel reviews contain pretty much everything one can say about the prequels.
