Nope. There is a point of view Lucille scene, however, nobody can confirm if it is the cliffhanger or not. Look at the sneak peek, it is blurry and you can hear Negan whistling before it cut to Morgan.
It'd make sense if the screener omitted additional minutes beyond the scene to prevent leaks. AMC has been cracking down from anything getting spoiled.
