TDKR was a poorly written mess with an 80% less coherent script than BvS and a worse Batman
No but Rises had a better plot and dialogue (mostly except the intro) than batman v superman, the characters are fleshed out more, but its not 87% but it's definitely not a rotten movie

TDKR was one of the worst movies I've seen at the cinema and literally the only reason it was so successful was because it was riding the wave TDK left behind.
TDKR was somewhat of a letdown in comparison to the prior films, but it was still a great movie. Then again, I'm not retarded so this board has zero influence on my opinions.
lot hole film "criticism" is the bane of online film discussion. Its been magnified in recent due the increasing amount of people whose first experience with somewhat intricate plots is video game. That format is completely ignorant to subtlety or critical themes. To illustrate, "How come I didn't get to play as Batman escaping the foreign country to return to Gotham?".
Now on the specific subject of BvS. It was a punishment exercise by critics. First off, if Nolan was not on the the tin, the DK trilogy would not get away with as much. The opposite applies here. Critics are having violent vitrolic reactions to Zack Snyder's conservative message and moral relativist themes, they are punishing him politically for those among others. They are very aggressive in doing so, many of bo reports following ow were on the cusp of calling audiences ignorant or stupid for going to see it "despite our review". Suddenly the role of critic is elevated to social commentator in the face of dissenting believes from the norm, inspiring the litany of colorfully written reviews.

Yes. TDKR is a good movie with a couple plot holes and acts as a mostly satisfying end to the trilogy. TDK series was dark and gritty batman but with an underlying theme of hope and self-sacrifice for the greater good.
BvS is an incoherent mess, scenes do not logically follow from each other, characters have unclear motivations and act like idiots, both Batman and Superman are mean, uncaring assholes who are impossible to root for.

BvS deserves at least a 70%, there's some bad writing but the movie itself is pretty great even if it lacked a little editing and the scenes felt disjointed (maybe the directors cut fixes that)
