I just saw this movie and it's genuinely one of the most surprising and funny movies I've seen in ages. Didn't see that twist coming at all and holy shit I fucking lost it, the entire last half hour is just pure hilarity.
Anyway, what are some other fun comedy movies you guys enjoy?

If you've seen Hot Fuzz, I assume you've seen the rest of the Cornetto Trilogy. Otherwise, Shaun of the Dead is a brilliant satire of the zombie horror genre, and World's End is not as great but is still fairly entertaining.
Wrong Cops is my favorite alt-comedy cop movie. It's on Netflix. Dig it.

Yeah Hot Fuzz is by far the best of the 3.
On a comedy tone I recently rewatched "M.A.S.H." & "Top Secret!" both pretty entertaining

I concure op. I concure

World's End is a great way to end the trilogy.
It's about growing up and accepting responsibility, leaving the silly things behind.
Such sentiment turned away a lot of the man children.

>marilyn manson, jon lajoie, eric from tim and eric
>all music by mr oizo
this is quite possibly the best movie I've ever seen in my entire life

>all music by mr oizo
he also directed it

got you familia

It's sorta Michael Bay meets comedy type of movie. Dunno, read an article about it few years ago.
Solid movie.

I loved that twist the first time I saw it, it was so out there but it makes perfect sense if you rewatch.
>THE GREATER GOOD
Watch Hot Fuzz again
>>67686379
it's good, but something about it just doesn't seem like a professional movie if you know what I mean? It seems like somethign that would air on Comedy Central as its first release
>>67690566
It does have a bit of a B movie charm to it, particularly the ending which is pretty much 100% schlock, but it's very enjoyable and pretty hype for what it is
>>67686379
Tropic Thunder for relatively recent fare.
>>67686574
I thought World's End was a great movie, then the genre shift happened and from then on it was just okay.
I honestly would have just watched a drama about those guys with all the sci-fi nonsense removed.

>tfw probably we will never see Edgar Wright fantastic version of Ant-Man.

>Eric Roberts as Bob
Huh, must be good. Eric is very picky with roles, or so I hear
>>67691674
/co/ here, thank god for that, we got based Wasp and based Yellowjacket in the movie instead
Also that cameo of Agent Carter
Really? No copy pasta? For shame

World's End is a good movie up until he punches the first robots head off.
It goes to total shit after that, just boring "I'm drunk lol" jokes and shit action

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the fight sequences in that film
