I personally found the chemistry between Alicia(Gerda) & Eddie(Lilli) to be very likeable & somewhat charming. For a story about gender identity back in the early times & the complexity of Lilli while being in a marriage with Gerda at the time, I thought the production & feel was very heartwarming.
