Ehhh, I'm torn on this. They could go two ways with it. Give him a Daredevil-like show where they really don't have to operate under the same rules as the main MCU. Probably the wisest way to go, given the source material. This would also give the audience a chance to see more of his villains from the comics. Or they could play it safe and make him part of the mainstream mcu with the avengers, but tone it down heavily for a pg-13 rating.

Unless they team him up with Blade and let Guillermo del Toro do it because Disney already shafted him twice
