This is a film with a central premise and I want to know the motivation to part of that central premise before spending money on it. I'm not asking for a full script or "spoilers", I'm asking for the equivalent of the back of a video/DVD box.
It's not even spoilers since this is all based on a book. Plenty of people on /tv/ can probably answer me.
I just want to know why these characters fight. Not why they have ideological differences, but why they actually start hitting each other.

They are fighting because Iron Man wants to arrest the Winter Soldier for crimes he committed while he was under mind control, but since he is Captain America's best friend since childhood he wants to protect Bucky. There is also underlying themes or Tony wanting vigilantes to work for the government after the events of Age of Ultron.
