It doesn't even look like bad cgi though. He looks weird because he's the only person in the movie who has bright colors but once you see the high resolution picture it looks like a physical suit.
As for my opinion on it, aside from the black lines they added its the best one yet.

It looks exactly what I expected it to. Much like every Marvel Movie released since Iron Man, it is profoundly average, uninteresting and unremarkable in every conceivable way. It isn't great, it isn't terrible, it's just aggressively meh. Marvel is the Chili's of filmmaking.

Maybe it's the fact that they decided to reveal him in the blandest looking setting I have ever seen in a movie, but he looks... Disappointing.

fun fact (that may or may not be true but I remember hearing/reading it somewhere): spiderman's suit is actually supposed to be black and red but due to shitty printing processes and to show definition in printed media, blue was used to show highlights/shading on the black. Over the years, the blue shading took over and it became of the color of the suit.

Super heroes are supposed to be sunny rays of pure giddy joy. It's not enough for them to be quippy and upbeat in terms of their character, their costumes must be bright a colorful as well. Everything needs to be aggressively bright or the movie won't work.
