Darly is going to make the most sense considering the actor is moving onto other stuff at the moment and even sold his house in Atlanta near where they film. Then again if Negan wanted to kill someone invincible to exert his dominance and power over Rick's group and in revenge for what Rick did to his men then killing Daryl would be the way to go.
