It sucked at being a Superman movie but I liked a lot of scenes in a vacuum. Especially Jor-El and Lois Lane on the ship.
Quite simply, it's art. It belongs in the world's finest galleries alongside the Rembrandts and the Millets.

I'm a huge Dragonball fag so I thought it was great
I really liked how they transitioned between real actors and CGI models so seamlessly during the fights. And I really liked how for once in a superhero movie it looks like goddamn superheroes are fighting.
The super speed/shockwave effects were also really good
Finally saw it last night.
The last fight drags on too long, but it's still a pretty good movie.

The fight between Zod and Superman was really DBZesque, especially the part where the camera follows Sups and he punches Zod over and over again, the camera brievly slows at each punch. I don't know if someone made a webm out of it but they tried to make the same shit in Supergirl and it looks awefull

Man the kryptonian armor is really cool. And so was Zod, in my opinion. Yeah it's trying a little too hard, this movie, but it had good action and looked good and had a simple enough story. And that's what most marvel movies consist of also. I don't get why /tv/ spergs all over different superhero movies. It's all simple popcorn action. Just watch them and forget about them.
