Film critics contribute nothing to society. They aren't capable of having real jobs that are intellectually demanding or that require hard work. The only thing film critics have in abundance is the luck that propelled them into one of the cushiest professions there is. Film critics hate fun action movies, such as BvS, Watchmen, Tron Legacy, and prefer pretentious tripe, like Boyhood, because they are scared to admit that film is no longer a profound medium for story-telling. Society has gotten so stupid to the point that a film almost always needs high-end special effects and cgi to capture their feeble, fleeting attentions. This is why film critics invariably put these types of films in a box they label "rotten." The two exceptions to this are 1) Avatar, which has an rt score of 83%, and 2) the Marvel (but not DC) superhero films. Avatar received high acclaim for its innovative blend of cgi with real action. Marvel films have received high acclaim, because the critics have been bought by the Jews running Disney.
