Why does Larry behave so inappropriately?
>>
>>67213197
Genetics.
>>
>>67213197
Name one inappropriate thing he did that wasn't entirely justified
>>
Because he understands the absurdity of modern social norms and wants to avoid dealing with them. The problem is he's too petty and neurotic to not care what people think so he just comes across as an asshole to those who can't empathize with him.
>>
>>67213197

He lives in a weird world of highly unlikely circumstances and is (usually) falsely implicated in the actions he's taken on previous situations.
>>
>>67213456
he stole the flowers on super dave's roadside memorial

alzheimers :(
>>
>>67213197
because it's his character. he said he doesn't behave like that irl.
>>
Ive heard that his real life is just like the show.
>>
>AWWWWW WHY DIDJA DO THAT LARRY? WHY DIJDA READ THIS IN MY VOICE?
>>
>>67213754
>he doesn't behave like that irl.
>>67213773
>his real life is just like the show

which is it
>>
he was cucked in real life.
>>
>>67213839

He had a real life bet with Ted Danson on not eating desssert in six months, and some other comedian asked how much it was for. 200 dollars.

Definitely the latter.
>>
>>67213197
....Um it's a comedy show and in order for something to be funny something needs to happen so the way this show is structured Larry is usually the one to instigate or be an unwilling or inadvertent participate in a situation that (usually) revolves around the arbitrary nature of some of societies unwritten rules.

It's uh....... pretty obvious. Yeah................
>>
>>67213839

wasn't Costanza basically young Larry?

Why is she always so angry?
>>
>>67214309
Because she's an Italian Jewette.
>>
>>67214309
Because she's a kike
>>
>it's a funkman episode.
>>
>>67214309
because she had to deal with her fat fuck husband and his bald four eyed fuck of a best friend.
>>
Pretty much all of Larry's antics are completely justifiable. He's almost never in the wrong.

Also, the actress playing his wife is super hot.

>Steven starts chatting to some other guests
>I move my ass there and just kinda stand between these other guests
>they give me the look like "who's this guy"
>Steven telling a story and giving random chat
>actually looks at me a couple of times giving a quick nod
>feel like a part of the conversation
>Steven's a total bro
>all of a sudden he wants to show a trick his niece taught him
>asks anyone if they have a dollar bill
>with massive speed I take my wallet out and open it
>fuck only a 20 $ bill
>I say I only have that
>he says "no worries" it will work fine
>I give him the 20 $

>I drink my champagne in the corner looking at Steven from a distance
>trying to figure out what to do
>he still has my 20 $
>this girl is looking at me and comes to me
>says what am I looking so closely
>I try to explain
>say "well its a funny story..." etc.
>finish my story
>she looks at me in disgust
>"are you saying Spielberg steals?, are you seriously telling me that?"
>I try to calm her down
>she starts screaming
>"HOW DARE YOU ACUSE HIM OF THEFT!!"
>every other person turns to her and me
>I try to explain

a week later

Yea and it wasn't deliberate on Larry's part. Jason Alexander realized that scripts and scenarios that Larry wrote about his own life were so absurd that no one would believe that a real guy behaved like that so he just acted like Larry.

If you watch the first season George acts COMPLETELY different for the first dew episodes, he's more of a generic sitcom wise cracker smart ass character like Chandler. You could probably pinpoint the episode where Jason Alexander decided he was just playing Larry.

It's not just Costanza too, others characters arguing about trivial things happened all the time

This scene

Uses the exact same idea as this one, just with a different twist

>>
>>67215804
In an interview he claimed that in the first seasons he basically just played Larry with a bad Woody Allen impression. It wasn't untilt season 4 where he actually found George.
>>

Gotta be honest I feel pretty confident that this two minute scene is literally the creative apex of comedy for the human race. I really can't see us getting much funnier as a species.

She's just exasperated with his bullshit. Watch the show, it's daily with him. Even when it's not his fault it's his fault enough. She only gets mad when it fucks them over, most of the time she's just amused and sighs and shakes her head.

Honestly Cherly is a based as fuck /tv/ wife and you can tell she's a freak in the sack. This board's reaction to her is pretty much pic related in action
>>
Existentialism. Larry is a Camusian hero much like Meursault who understands the futility of fully understanding the intricacy of the world and only wants to justify his existence to gain meaning in his life.
