Our founding fathers wanted life and liberty in a simpler times when you only had half an hour of free time per day. They didn't have the concept of teenage costumed vigilantes filming Jackass videos while fucking around with hostile personalities capable of generating explosions that can level a few city blocks.
No gods, with a properly functioning conscious and benevolent demeanor, instills the right to unconsciously fatally irradiate the general populace in a 2 mile radius around you. They would not instill you with the right to practically dose men with date rape drugs with your odor. They would not give you the right to dress up like a squirrel and break preconceived tiers of power levels.
