>there must always be a slayer
new CW or HBO version of buffy the vampire slayer when?
actually not buffy tho since it would be a new slayer
>>67026180
I'd like for them to pick up Angel where they left off at he end of S5 but that will never ever be
>>67026283
david boreanis is too old for angel now
who do you want to replace him?
>>67026180
Not everything needs a reboot, I'd prefer it if they left Buffy and Angel in peace.
>>67026341
its not a reboot though. the rules of that universe dictate that there must always be a slayer so this would take place after buffy's death
>>67026341
Also, target audience is already watching The Originals or Vampire Diaries or Supernatural or other shit.
No room for new Slayer.
>44 years old
JUST

What I wouldn't give to suck farts out of her asshole through a straw
>>67026410
Except it would still be within the universe so it would be a reboot of the franchise with tons of callbacks and guest appearances.
>>67026649
but imagine if it had willow as the librarian and mentor for the new male slayer
>>67026334
He's such a big guy, be a bit hard to replace him now, maybe it's best to leave it be then.

I enjoyed BTVS and Angel in syndication. But the thought of a studio starting something in the same universe (like star trek) bothers me.
I hated HATED the idea of them bringing back X-files.I watched the new season and enjoyed it.
The Buffyverse is great but I would prefer to leave it in the past.
>>67026786
you telling me you wouldnt want aelderly spike reluctantly taking on the new slayer under his wing and becoming her mentor?
>>67026842
>mentor
I think there is a special society for that, right?
Anyway, I feel like the chances of a shitty reboot/restart are much greater than the chances of a decent quality addition to the mythos.
>>67026698
I'd rather not risk it tarnishing the legacy of what it was. More doesn't always equal better.
You guys know that there are like, reams of graphic novels that pick up where buffy and angel left off, right?
>>67027359
but do they play that based rock theme every time i open one of them up?
i dont think so anon
