I'm halfway through s3 and it's awful and doesn't seem to be getting better. All the female characters are one-dimensional and all their main personality traits seem to be selfishness. Nothing happens at all, like I'm surprised at how little actually goes on in this show.
The two male characters, Adam and Ray (and even the gay man) are a breath of fresh air in this, they bring actual charisma and talent. I guess it's because they actually had to audition and the role wasn't handed to them on a silver platter.
Most of the 'jokes' are just AYY THIS IS AWKWARD LMAO and not much more I'll give the occasional smile but not much more. And you have to look at Lena Dunhams naked body every ep, which doesn't get easier.

The show perfectly encapsulates the many people in this generation who are listless, self-important, trend-hopping pieces of shit who never actually put effort into bettering their own lives, let alone society as a whole.
