I can't stand bad CGI. If I know it's CGI then it's bad.
Tone
If a director doesn't know how to keep a steady or appropriate tone the movie is instantly garbage.

Example: Pixels.
When they're doing the Pac Man run through New York, somehow Peter Dinklage can fucking teleport or some shit. Later, we find out that he had cheat codes etched into his glasses or some shit. How the fuck are you trying to play off the fact that you're using cheat codes in a real-life game?
Sometimes it's something as simple as shitty cuts.

The secondary rainbow is supposed to be reversed color, you don't even have to be autistic to notice this, it's a rule of nature. If they would've spent 5 seconds and done a google image search it could've been avoided.
It wouldn't be a big deal but if you've seen the movie you'd know it's how the two main characters randomly meet up, "DID YUO SEE THAT RAINBOW THE OTHER DAY?!" and then they spend the whole movie betting on shit related to rainbows and see anything related to rainbows as a good omen.

When people have conversations in more than one language.
One character speaks one language, another character speaks another language, they don't speak to each other in each other's languages, and yet somehow they both understand each other. Like, when it's Han and Chewie, okay, I'll allow that, but when it's two people, it's annoying.
More annoying is when two characters, one a native English speaker, the other a native foreign speaker, start having a conversation in the foreign language, and they'll flip in and out of English, usually for the more significant lines of dialogue, because obviously the audience are so dumb they can't pick out the more significant lines, can't pick up on the emphasis if they're having to read subtitles.
