What's /tv/'s consensus on the leftovers? Hearing some great things about the second season in particular

It a crappy show that is almost saved by Carrie Coon.
I liked the first one a lot more.
I never got why people love the second one so much.
Still, a very good show, /tv/ loves it and critics as well.

There is no consensus, I loved it though, super strong fucking ending with some amazing episodes in between, as always Eccleston knocks it out of the park.
If it was the last season it'd be perfect, scared for the 3rd.

I liked it but I'm a pleb
worth a watch. dunno why people circlejerk about the second season, I thought both were on par.
just good character drama.

it's literally produced by the cuck muslim Reza aslan. Literally alahu akbar shit for spiritual '2deep4u' morons. A show far less intelligent than it thinks it is.
EVERYBODY'S WONDERING WHAT AND WHERE THEY ALL CAME FROM
EVERYBODY'S WORRYING ABOUT WHERE THEY'RE GONNA GO WHEN THE WHOLE THINGS DONE
what actually keeps people interested in this? i watched half of the first season and stopped because there was literally no story.

yeah it's not for plebs, sorry.
best currently airing show on television

It's great. Best show on TV right now.
literally the best thing on /tv/ right now
(well, not right now since the season has ended, but you get the idea)
Season 2 threads were the best. Especially when episode 8 aired.

Don't be fooled, it a okay character drama where it supposed to be deep that everyone is going fucking nuts since 2% of the world population went poof, when the most sane one is the one who actually have a excuse to be nuts.
It tries to hard to pretend it smarter then it really is.
it's really weird
