WARNER BROS. IS PLANNING ON REBOOTING THE ORIGINAL LOONEY TUNES SHOW WITH NEW AND OLD CHARACTERS WITH THE SAME SENSE OF COMEDY FROM THE 50'S!

I can't stand how Looney Tunes characters sound post Mel Blanc. They just don't sound right.
I don't care about this though because this will be for kids, I'll never watch it.
What do they do with Looney Tunes now though? It's all violence and aren't tons of overly protective parents against that?

It will be social justice, no violence, no sexism, no double entendre's.
I actually enjoyed the most recent reboot with the modern twist. They really brought new life to old characters and really fleshed them out in a really passive way. I dunno if I am making sense but I just want to say that I really dug that reboot. I watched many episodes.
stuff like this. super fun and rad

hopefully they don't fuck it up

Maybe they can get Brendan back to voice his Back in Action character.

Old Looney Tunes were the shit, if they're in the same style as this again:

I may watch.

When will they reboot Loony Toons extreme?
>>66737367
>Copyright MCMLX
>1960
Jesus, I forgot how old these were.
>>66737163
The theatrical looney tunes had some pretty smart and adult humor.

>SAME SENSE OF COMEDY FROM THE 50'S!
Uh, so they can show characters smoking, drinking, shooting guns, and sexy women?
>>66737017
Already done better by Disney.

How can you reboot something that never had continuity to begin with?
AWW YEAH
>>66737163
>What do they do with Looney Tunes now though?
Last time I saw a new Looney Tunes cartoon, it was this awful blend of hand-drawn and CGI animation. And it was about Bugs and Daffy owning a house and paying taxes and shit. It was essentially Seinfeld with Looney Tunes characters, except not funny.
I'm not sure if it was intended to be meta or ironic but it was borderline offensive.
>>66737017
Why is this exactly called a "reboot"? It isn't like Looney Tunes had any continuity over several decades.
>>66737998
I guess they mean it's a reboot in the sense of the direction they're going with it.
>>66738045
Just like every other Looney Tunes series basically? I don't get why they feel the need to spout buzzwords like "reboot" every other announcement.
>>66737265
I liked that show too, too bad it bombed and they canceled it
I can't wait to see myself on tv again
>>66737265
People didn't like it because they said they were "too domesticated"...
Oh my god I never realized that the pig and elma fudd are the exact same character.
Why?
Fuck that, I'll just watch old Looney Toons. They still hold up except for that faggot Tweety Bird.

Can't wait for the social justice messages, the new "urban" characters, the Muslim character, the male characters all being back seat to the strong female characters, and the constant bashing on guns and police.
It's gonna be great.
>>66737231
Just remember Bugs bunny was a transgender before it was a thing.
>>66738737
>tfw the noble Muslim tells Wiley Coyote not to use an Acme bomb, and instead to create a dialogue
You seem lost.

>Like Seinfeld ... except not funny
so, like Seinfeld
>>66738737
Well perhaps Lola will keep her character from the Looney Tunes show, I bet that'll trigger a lot of people.
