When you search my name on Google Images, the first result is from a website called “Wookiepedia”. My legacy is ruined forever thanks to Lucas. He was a good friend.

This story always just makes me think that Alec Guinness was a closed-minded, cruel, inconsiderate kind of man.
His "legacy," such as it is, was pointless -- what really mattered was the faith and goodwill that sprung up in the wake of Star Wars' cultural impact. As a serious actor, he was meaningless, just another thespian in a long line of thespians. As Obi-Wan Kenobi, he became great, immortal, larger-than-life. Rather than embrace this, because he couldn't (he was too small a man to do so,) he instead opted to break a young boy's heart, and generally act like a cunt about it.
