Everything in that movie was great except channing tattum and mila kunis. Their acting and character interaction was like watching two moldy pieces of bread try to crawl at each other and awkwardly make out. ICREATELIFE!!!!111! was also kind of dumb. crazy people do scream suddenly but screaming suddenly doesn't make you crazy.
What a waste of a setting. It was so interesting and imaginative.
It was a piece of shit. The battle scenes were horrible, you couldn't figure out what was happening, just a mess. Shit acting too. Redmayne was a fucking turd.

Yes, why did they pick Mila Kunis? Olivia Thrilby would've been a better and cheaper alternative. She can act too. I really wanted to like that movie, and I did, but I had to switch my brain off a few times. The wings were nice though.

It's the kind of movie that will live on as a cult classic. Has a lot going for it, but has a bunch of fatal flaws that keep it from being great and the only way to really enjoy it is on an ironic level.
It's a modern day David Lynch's Dune basically.

I found it more entertaining than both 2015 Marvel movies and Force Awakens. .
Mostly because it isn't more cookie cutter by numbers recycled shit.

Most of the rest of the cast were British, should have had to Brit actors in the leads. Channing Tatum is the reason I haven't bothered to watch it.
I didn't make it past 15 minutes. It was so terrible. The pew pew laser weapons, the terrible acting, Redmayne's fucking TERRIBLE voice.
I couldn't keep watching it. I turned it off faster than the new Shannara Chronicles, where I only managed 20 minutes before it activated my gag reflex
