I know its a pleb choice but i would really love to see Metro 2033,
Possibly directed by Villeneuve, Lynch, PT Anderson, von Trier or other atleast halfway decent director as the book actually has bunch of themes that might take skill translating to the big screen.
Or the videogame Stalker, but thats not book as OP was asking for.
