How do these people sleep at night?
>>

Well Brendan sleeps in a jail cell but the others sleep in beds.

Oh yah you betcha.
>>
>>64615912
Statistically most murderers have to drug/booze themselves up to do it. Even Dahmer had to drink a lot before he could kill people. I assume they'd use the same tactic to sleep

Why would they? Polygraphs haven't been admissible in court in a coon's age, if they ever were. Polygraphs are basically just a tactic used to make you confess because you think you won't beat the polygraph. The machine itself is completely unreliable.

I'm glad in Australia we have the Me real Health Court to bring expert psychologists and psychiatrists in to determine whether someone has the mental capacity to understand their charge and the trial process

I've killed animals like birds and squirrels when I was a teenager, but I would never hurt a person. I actually feel like shit for doing all of that when I was younger. I would shoot them out of trees and cut their heads off with a hatchet. Now I try to have as many animals as I can. I don't even kill spiders. I catch them put them outside. What I'm saying is just because he did something stupid that he admitted to in the past doesn't mean he could do something 1000x more heinous later in life. I am not 100% sure. He could have done it. That's what the problem is. There was nowhere near enough evidence to convict this dude and the evidence they did get was fishy as fuck in the way it was obtained.

Whoa I never said all that. I never said I thought he was innocent. Just saying the evidence was not substantial enough to send him and Brendan away for life. Especially Brendan. Steven Avery may have done it, but the whole case was a huge fucking mess. And like I said I am trying to repent for what I did as a stupid teenager. I try and save animals I see on the sides of the road, I don't kill spiders in my house, I donate to help animals every time I get cat food. I just feel really sorry for Brendan he got taken advantage of. I have no idea how the court and jury thought his "confession" was legit.

This

Also guys, when you look at the evidence for why Bobby Dassey, Scott T., Charles and Earl Avery might be potential suspects, you see why it's much more likely that they're involved with the murder.

This is a must-read https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/1452/7216/9/ftpcontent.worldnow.com/wkow/newsdocs/avery%20document%20page%2023%20+.pdf

They were all near Halbach when she was last seen. Some of these guys have been arrested for abuse toward women, including sexual abuse of women (Charles Avery sexually abused his two daughters). They had access to the car lot, therefore had all the space and time to burn TH's body and evidence. And they could've easily planted her bone remnants at Steven Avery's place. They also had incentive to do so, for financial reasons and just because they did not like Steven (or he just happened to be an easy frame). Remember, everyone in this gene pool is fucking retarded with the capacity to do harm, if not already having pretty substantial criminal records.

I think Bobby and Scott are the most suspect. I'm honestly banking on them having done it. I think Charles and Earl could have been involved and or aware, but I'm not sure. That seems to be pushing it, that's a lot of people. But it's possible. Seriously read the link, TOO much relevant shit. Like it'll blow your mind.
>>
>>64618394
I smell....

Do you smell that guys?

The blood of a Tumblrmen!
>>
>mfw people are still so stupid they think this documentary has anything to do with whether or not they're guilty

What's it like having an IQ of 70, too?
>>
Avery not only called Auto Trader and specifically requested Halbach to take pictures the day she was killed, but he also gave a false name when he did so. Why? And why would he, and the documentarians, fail to mention it? Avery then called Halbach’s cell phone three times the day she died, twice using *67 to obscure his identity. None of this proves his guilt, but all of these actions undermine the defense’s contention that Halbach was just someone that happened to come by that day for a job. It sounds like he wanted her to come by. None of this is mentioned in the documentary.
>>
>>64618754
I thought the ex boyfriend was fishy as fuck. Who takes a week to report a missing person? and how did he just GUESS her phone's password. voicemails were deleted off her phone as well. fishy as fuck.
>>
Not only was the bullet found in the garage linked to Halbach’s DNA, but it was forensically tied to Avery’s gun as well. Seems like a pertinent thing for viewers to know, but it was never brought up in the Netflix program. To believe Avery was innocent, you now have to believe that forensics specialists were in on the frame-up and lied about both the DNA and gun, or messed up both tests.
>>
>>64618799
that, and the roommate didn't report her missing for a few days either. Why the fuck did everybody hate this girl?
>>
Not only was Avery’s blood — which we’re supposed to believe was planted by the police after being extracted from an evidence room — found in six places on Halbach’s vehicle, but DNA from his sweat was also found on a hood latch. How did it get there? Did the police have a vial of perspiration ready to go the day of the murder?

He called her three times prior to an appointment.

That's not outlandish. It's not like he called he was harassing her for weeks (which we can assume because Kratz would've definitely thrown that out there to save any face he possibly could at this point).
>>
>>64618799
I agree he's fishy as fuck, but trust me read that link. He's not nearly as fishy as those guys. Not close.

Also my explanation for ex-boyfriend and TH's brother acting fishy. I do think ex-boyfriend may have deleted voicemails he left her. Maybe they were angry voicemails and he thought they may implicate him, so deleted them.

I think him and her brother were hiding something, but not that they murdered her. Rather, this - that one deputy Corbach or whatever his name was - what IF he illegally searched the Avery lot and found Teresa's car before anyone else? He'd be in a lot of trouble, that's very illegal without a warrant.

So what does he do? Takes the key out of her car so nobody can move the car, and alerts Lenk/his superiors. My guess is they alerted the brother and ex-bf of this, or something close to that. Or at the very least, they got Pam (who is actually an ex-private investigator, not just a jesus cuck) to search the Avery lot in the search party. It was all set up so that when she find the car, which they knew where it was, then it'd be admissable and protected under the 4th amendment

Also maybe Corbach moved the car there. I don't think he killed Teresa, but I definitely think he got the car key before it was officially found, and that's why they were just waiting to plant the key this whole time
>>
>>64618948

>>
>>64618953
this is what i was thinking when I saw the episode where she found the car in 15 minutes. Also that fishy shit when he was reading the license plate back to the woman on the phone. It really did sound like he was there reading it off or something.
>>
>>64619000
yeah bro, that bitch is an ex-private investigator. hmmm. Also like two jurors were relatives of people who worked for the county's law enforcement or related agencies. Tbh I don't know how that is even fair at all. Maybe I'm just a moron, but I don't feel like average citizens should be chosen as jurors. Rural idiots should not be in charge of anything this important.

No matter what, the police did some fucked up shit. I hope at this very moment they're contemplating suicide.
>>
Police wanted to close the case and jail someone to pad the stats.

Someone took advantage of a mentally unwell guy to basically get away with murder.

The docuseries is biased as fuck. Steven certainly did it, although he was framed. Don't know if Brendan was involved or not though.

>Steven was obsessed with Teresa
>He creeped her out and made he feel uncomfortable (he was possibly the guy Teresa told her coworker about, the deleted voicemails were possibly from Steven and he made Teresa delete them or give him the password)
>Teresa was so uncomfortable around and creeper out by Steven that she refused to meet with him again and only did so after multiple *67 calls from Steven using a fake name
>Steven told a prisoner while he was in prison that he fantasized of killing a female(s) and he even drew up plans for a rape/sex dungeon
>Steven was accused of rape by 2 other women (not including the girl from 1985) as well as being accused of sexual assault by Brendan (Brendan's mom wasn't shocked to hear the accusation from her son, she merely thought Brendan was only goofing around in the past)
>Steven is typical white trailer trash shit
>Teresa's bones had steel intertwined with them probably because Steven burned her bones with tires or pieces of cars
>Teresa's teeth, rivets from her jeans, and personal belongings (Palm pilot, purse, etc) were also found in burn piles
>The bones may have been moved but Teresa was certainly burned on Avery's property
>Steven's DNA (not blood but sweat) was found underneath the hood of the Rav4, the police definitely did not have a vial of Stevens blood
>The bullet with Teresas DNA was proven to have been shot from Stevens gun he kept above his bed

As for the "if Steven did kill her why did he do x instead of y" questions, it's because he's a borderline retarded piece or trailer trash. Teresa was most likely not killed in the house or garage, if she was ever in there.

Steven was framed, but he was certainly guilty.
>>
>>64618792
>Avery not only called Auto Trader and specifically requested Halbach to take pictures the day she was killed, but he also gave a false name when he did so. Why?
He gave the name and number of his sister...to be printed in the magazine...because...here's the shocker...that was the name on the title of the car he was selling!! Wow, what a breakthrough! Solid case!
>>
>>64618846
>but DNA from his sweat was also found on a hood latch. How did it get there?
Good question. How did it get there but not on the actually lever that you have to pull to open the hood?
>>
>>64619303
uhhh, no, he was pretending to be his sister in order to trick Halbach into a false sense of security. yes he was framed by the police. but that doesn't mean he didn't do it as well.
>>
>>64619438
Right. Like OJ.
>>
>>64619438
She had been to his house several times before. It wasn't the first car he sold in Auto Trader. He was running an auto salvage, remember?
>>
>>64619298
sources on this.
>>
>>64619399
Maybe he was wearing gloves or he wiped it down and the sweat under the hood of the car dripped off his face. More plausible than the police having a vial of his sweat.
>>
>mfw he is released again and sues for $1,000,000,000
>>
>>64615912

because police are good guys and they have the magic power to tell who the bad guys are

the justice system or the evidence are wrong, not the police, because they're good guys by definition
>>
>>64619075
>Also like two jurors were relatives of people who worked for the county's law enforcement or related agencies

This is what really pisses me off.

The original vote was 7-3-2 not guilty. Then they three holdouts basically held the jury hostage until they caved. If two of those jurors had personal interests then I entirely blame the defense attorneys for allowing the trial to be held in that shit county in the first place.
>>
>>64619529
Yeah, because it was liquid sweat that was found on the latch...just dripping there...for months.

Or maybe they just took one of his dirty socks and wiped it there. Oh no, that would clearly take a mastermind.
>>
>>64618719
>16 years old still in the 6th grade

holy shit that is sad.
>>
Part of dasseys confession to police he talked about helping avery move the rav 4 and that avery had opened the hood latch and unhooked the battery cable. They found non blood dna evidence on the hood latch that matched up to averys.

The bullet with halbechs dna on it came from averys gun

They found halbechs palm pilot and camera in the janda burn barrel.

I believe avery probably did it. But the criminal justice system failed him and dassey because there was plenty of reasonable doubt, and the media firestorm and police destroyed any presumption of innocence before the case even got to trial.

Dassey definitely deserves a retrial, I don't see him as a threat to society and it makes sense to me that he was coerced by steven.

The averys probably don't care anymore they're getting that netflix money now and probably plenty of sympathy from normies that can't be fucked to do a tiny bit of research.
>>
why can i have her as my bus driver?
>>
>>64619567
>Then they three holdouts basically held the jury hostage until they caved.
Not necessarily. The pro-guilt jurors bargained with the others. That's why the mutilation charge was came back not guilty. It was a compromise.
>>
>>64619521
And she also said that Steven creeped her out and made her feel uncomfortable and that she wouldn't meet with him again.

She only met with him again under false pretenses (*67 and Steven using a fake name)

>>64619525

>DNA from Avery’s sweat was found on the hood latch of the vehicle and on the car keys, according to testimony from the trial.
How does that imply it couldn't come from a sock? Or armpit stain?

You argument is that they couldn't have a vial of sweat. But traces of DNA, presumably from sweat, could have come from any article of clothing on his residence.
>>
>>64619781
This. So many people have debunked the sweat thing, it's bullshit. Pretty sure we heard that evidence from the prosecutor who takes advantage of young battered retarded women.

It's possible Steven Avery did it. But all the evidence you guys are giving, you know, just the shit you're reposting from what you saw online? Trust me, it's all bullshit. I wasted my entire day looking into all of this. Everything can be debunked. Look into it yourself. Evidence like the bullet having to have come from Avery's gun...I mean, quite a few people close to and within his family should've been suspects. Once again, this is a must-read:

https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/1452/7216/9/ftpcontent.worldnow.com/wkow/newsdocs/avery%20document%20page%2023%20+.pdf

When fucking Dean Strang is very obviously thinking someone else did it (tho he of course can't say that yet), well, I believe him. He's definitely smarter than anyone on this board or in that town combined.

I'm really not trying to defend Steven Avery. None of this makes sense. It's possible he was involved. But damn, it's so obvious that Bobby and Scott coordinated this shit. Read the link above.

They want to know if you're connected to the legal system or know anybody who might appear in the courtroom (you're given a list of witnesses). In either case, they'll want to know whether that fact would interfere with your ability to be impartial. Doesn't automatically exclude you from serving, though most likely they'll probably want to dismiss you.

i really don't know but i want to know. i feel like if doritos are available everywhere, it wouldn't just be an american phenomenon. but i guess it's cultural. i think food is never something that can be had in excess. it's like currency. a sign of wealth. most of these fatasses, are poor (granted obesity is in every class). as soon as they have enough money for food, they don't have to starve. so finally, they have something that can make them feel wealthy. food. so it is only a good thing then, not just fuel. something to always be enjoyed. and this passes on down to their kids and forever and ever until our government steps in and bans fast-food. i can't wait

Guys. Bobby Dassey. Come on. So much conflicting info he gave.

Remember how he supposedly went to Steven's with a friend and said Steven joked about "helping him hide the body"? Dassey said this was November 10, but originally gave this statement and said this happened November 3rd. Before Teresa was even reported missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And it was, in actuality, Bobby's friend who made the joke first. His friend asked Steven if he had her body, and then Steven jokingly said "yeah, wanna help me hide it?".

So if we can believe the defense's argument to be true....look, it's quite clear to me Bobby is lying about quite a lot. He's changed his statement regarding the time he went hunting too, crucial evidence.

Depends what kind of mood I was in. Depends on if I lived near that family.

Depends on if I thought the victim was worth being upset over.

This is probably why I've been dismissed from jury duty twice.

But to be honest...I just don't like inbred hick retards. They're unpleasant, and I'd just as soon see them jailed as I would have them desexed like stray cats.

The world is fucked up because people like Steven Avery have children. Luckily Brendan won't be able to knock up his obese cousin and continue the cycle.

its a trick question though, specifically designed to catch children and retards in lies.

If you ask "did you lie" then "I don't know" an okay answer. But adding "why" makes "I don't know" an admission.

But the kid is barely functional, so there's really no way to explain that to him.
>>
>>64620985

The thing is, they don't ever come for me.

Throughout history my milquetoast kind have been left unmolested. As long as we pay our taxes, remain compliant and serve whoever is in charge, we're good...authorities wise.

I've literally never had a bad experience with a policeman or known a single close acquaintance who has. I know and am friends with police.

On the other hand, retards, minorities, poor people...Nothing but trouble. Any issue I have ever had in regards to my safety or threat to my personal possessions has come from a poor person.

So why would I side with poor, stupid people over those who have kept me safe?

Really, faggot.

This trial was a complete antithesis of the justice system. A county government looking at a thirty-five million dollar bill has plenty of motive to fuck that shit right up.

Which is exactly what happened.

Among so many other things the fact that the fucking key to Halbach's car was found so late in the search by people from Manitowic. Who were not even supposed to be there but also were the ones set to lose their livelihood because they were central to Avery's wrongfully accused case.

If he had killed Halbach in front of twenty highly respected neutral parties and the case proceeded as it did, he should still be acquitted.

Brendan also confessed to using bleach to clean up the blood in the garage and gave police the bleach soaked pants he was wearing that day.

Conveniently left out of the documentary.

It wasn't even his sweat. DNA was found under the hood latch. It was only a theory from Kratz that it was his sweat.
>>
>>64621299
>He literally said he did it.

Who?
>>
>>64621834
>Prove that the DNA was planted from the test tube and I'll believe you. No conjecture, just proof.
>Sealed container was broken into, someone draws blood out with a needle.
>Literally the ONLY physical evidence of Steve was the small bits of blood found in the car
But no you're right, couldn't at all be a connection there. The mystery person who Agent 47'd some of his blood out of the tube just did it for shits and giggles, didn't do anything with the blood at all. HURRDURR

>>64621854
Yeah, professional team searched head to toe and found nothing, it was only the skillful searching of Mr Ace Detective that they 'found' this evidence after he decided to go back 4 months later completely at random. Seems legit, bro.

If it was Avery, where did he kill her?
>>
>>64621870
>Bleach would clean all traces of blood splatter off the rife, their clothes, the floor, and the 100s of bits of misc junk that was in the garage.
Wow for a pair of sub 70 IQ Steve and Brendon sure do clean up like a professional grade clean up crew.
>>
>>64621668
His mom made him write that letter in the hope that the judge would assign him a different public defender. Pay attention next time.
>>
>>64621870
That isn't even a good piece of evidence. All that proves is that he used bleach. Which could very well be explained by the deer blood found in the garage and the fact that they went hunting all the time. And of course only the human blood got bleached and only the deer blood was left.
>>
>>64621910
You didn't prove it.
>>
>>64621910
Just more presumption and conjecture. The same thing you criticize the prosecution for.

>I've never heard of reasonable doubt before
>>
>>64621910
Not to mention that that particular person was embarassed by and had a hand in wrongfully locking up the suspect. Nothing going on here!
>>
The jury decided on the verdict but what kind of sentencing did the judge give Brendan? Did he at least give him the minimum?
>>
>>64621993
It's too late for that. For Avery to get out he would need to prove that the evidence was planted. I wonder how that'll go....
>>
I'm still on the first episode but I think he did it.
>>
Not a single person in this thread has brought up the separate burn site and that Teresa Halbach's cremains were then transported and dumped in Steven Avery's fire pit. Thoughts?

A lawyer will tell you the same thing or to simply shut the fuck up. A decent one at any rate. They certainly won't let you take the stand for cross examination if you're a retard.

This how you'll respond if you don't have an absolute shit tier public aid lawyer trying to wrangle a plea bargain;

While that's true, I think there's a good chance that he and Brendan will be given new trials.

>Prosecution
>Wow so they totally raped her in the bedroom. I don't care there is no physical evidence, anyway so then they shot her a bunch in the garage, again who cares about a lack of blood, being shot doesn't make blood splatter come on
>Defense
>So Steve's blood was stolen from evidence, and those keys don't have any fingerprints on them, and were somehow missed despite being in the open by a ton of officers
Yeah totally the same shit.

>>64622026
Who cares about Avery getting off. There was more than enough evidence to put him at least at the scene / last person to see him alive. He should have certainly got time. Issue is police corruption, clear evidence tampering. That shit should have been looked into and been taken to court, but no it was just forgotten about, sweeped aside.
>>
>>64621993
> he doesn't understand the ridiculously high threshold that must be met for doubt to be considered reasonable in court

How embarrassing for you...
>>
>>64621870

>they cleaned up every piece of evidence
>except the bullet that killed her

lel wut

the prosecution completely marry themselves to the garage as the crime scene then concede that 'it could have happened anywhere on the property' and the jury are just cool with that
>>
>>64621987
The circumstances in which the evidence has been found in combination with the personal relationship, media circus and lies the police department have spread about the county sheriff's department involvement in the case is shady enough to let Steven walk. Nothing here can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, which is why he should walk. Even if he did do it, the police have fucked up so hard that it's more detrimental to society to let this happen than to let one stone cold killer loose.

Avery's are all clearly redneck trash, who gives a fuck about any of them. On the other hand those cops are shady as fuck, clearly at worst liars and evidence tampers, at best incompetent.
>>
>>64622063
Clear evidence tampering... If only there were some concrete proof that the blood found came from that vial. Then I would believe you.
