How are interspecies relations handled in Zootopia?
Do you have to seek approval from the government or is it just freely accepted?
The trailers suggest there are obvious species discrimination (rabbits shouldn't be cops, sloths can't be expedient, etc.) so it's not like everything is being played straight.
