I want to have this big reaction and cringe at it, but there's really no way to write this without it coming off as supremely cheesy, tryhard and pretentious. The plane scene is the microcosm of the entire movie, or rather, the movie's overall attitude. This is why baneposting exists in the first place -- although sure, it's often perpetuated by idiots who just want catchy oneliners to mémé. At the heart of it though, baneposting exists to mock shitty capeshit movies like batman that make hilarious attempts at being serious and failing miserably.
