The problem with the recent influx of people who call themselves "star wars fans xD" despite only seeing TFA is that they're claiming to be part of a community despite having put very little effort into joining that community.
It becomes very difficult to discuss Star Wars with them at all because all they know is this one movie, and notably this one movie was made in a completely different style from the others and is so divorced in terms of timeline position as to be basically irrelevant to anything else.
But they get SUPER UPSET if you treat them like they're newbies, even though they clearly are. They're upset enough to complain if anyone notices their ignorance, but not upset enough to actually do anything about their ignorance; they're like American tourists who go to another country without trying to learn the language and demand that other people speak English instead.
Some people in the community choose to react by hazing newcomers, as a means of discouraging people from entering unless they're willing to do their homework and endure the hazing, and obviously those hazers are assholes, but even those of us who want to greet them in good faith feel like our community is being colonized, annexed, or occupied.
I've met plenty of female Star Wars fans who actually do their homework and know what they're talking about, and they generally report positive experiences in the fandom. The kind of people in OP's video are the people who tried to jump into the community because it seemed trendy, wearing merch to make them seen retro, basically just following a fad and trying to signal to the rest of the world that they're "with it". Sometimes they run into a hazer, and that's terrible, but often they seem to just be upset to discover that for the people who are already in the community, this isn't just some fad, they're actually seriously into it.
