I can't even watch DVD anymore.

is it possible to make vhs look good on a hd tv?
I prefer collect VHS over bluray and digital. VHS is like owning a physical version of the film, like a mini 35mm print almost. There is actual film inside it that you could look under the microscope and see the frame. While DVD/bluray is just a shitty ass digital copy of it.

I watched an unfucked VHS of empire strikes back the other day. It was ok, I just couldn't deal with the pan and scan. I forgot how much of the image you lose when they chop off like 30%
