What are some good / fun 'problem of the week' shows?

I just got through Burn Notice which was great (started watching because of Bruce), it never got boring watching Sam or Mike working a cover ID.

Just looking for something to watch when I sit down to eat or am just generally bored.

Supernatural is pretty good for that, you can skip season 1 and lose nothing and the over arcing narrative doesnt start until like season 7

Also forgot, Psych is kinda like a more comedic version of Burn Notice.

Also anything that was made by USA when Burn Notice was out, White Collar, Royal Pains etc

and basically any cop/detective show
