Are there any Hobbit cuts worth watching? That J.R.R. Tolkien's Hobbit one sounds good but fan edits usually still have problems

I'm about to watch Knight of Cups,(00:20 here) but I might watch the extended Fellowship of the Ring afterwards.
It's literally the best LOTR movie/cut of the entire franchise.
