So who was Pyramid Head supposed to be? Why was he even there to begin with? Is he the evil entity behind Alessa's rage? Or was he her father?
Even with the fuckton of exposition given in the third act I could barely figure out what the hell was going on in this film.

pyramid shouldn't be in any silent hill beside 2 becausehe is the manifestation of the main protagonist's dark side.
however, since he looks cool they pretty much just throws him into everything and makes him a meme icon. don't look into the movies for symbolism, they're just cool and iconic monsters lifted out of the games without their proper lore.
