As to your question I think that and the movie where he was a mutant teleporter was the "death nail". Even though his performance in it wasn't that bad. He's an OK actor with good direction. Shattered Glass and Outcast really weren't bad movies at all just not big enough to be noteworthy. But he's been in a few straight to video releases despite being fairly set from Star Wars I'm pretty sure. He might just be taking roles because he gets bored or has some costly addiction of some kind and these side jobs keep the books even.
